Welcome to Willow and Friends, where we prioritise the happiness and well-being of your furry companions. Our personalized dog walking services include a meet and greet session to ensure a comfortable transition for both your pet and our walker. During this time, we will fill out client forms and run through our policies to guarantee a seamless experience. Cancellation Policy
Before any dog walking appointments can be made, a meet and greet should've already taken place, as this makes sure that we are the best fit for your furry friend, that they are comfortable around us and Willow, and whether there are any additional notes about behaviour and habits to ensure that they have the best time possible. If a meet and greet has not already taken place, then your booking will either be cancelled or rescheduled until this has taken place. Please ensure that if you need to reschedule or cancel appointments that it is done at least 24 hours prior to your booked slot. Any time before this can be rescheduled without the need of any cancelation. If cancelled less than 24 hours before, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged (unless there are certain circumstances). ALL dogs will be kept on a lead at all times. This would've been made clear during the meet and greet that even if your dog has excellent recall, we want to make sure that during their visit with us they are kept safe and under control. If you would prefer your dog to be on a long line during their walk, you can request this at the time of your booking or send us an email. Please make sure that your dog has suitable walking gear for their walk (ie; collar, harness, leads etc) as we can not provide this for your dog. Furthermore, if you would prefer your dog to wear a coat or fleece (mainly to keep them dry and mud free) please make sure this is provided. Also check that your dog has a suitable ID tag that has up to date name, address and phone numbers to be able to contact yourselves if needed (as this is now a UK requirement for any dog in any public space).
